It’s funny, ironically so, how when the phone rings it’s the person you were thinking of? Or how you get that inspirational email just when you need it the most (vs. the ones about viruses and microsoft sending everyone a check)? Or that the universe keeps knocking on “your door” with a “message”, louder and louder and louder until you finally answer the door?
Just be. It’s hard not to stress out. Stress is what disease comes from, we know that! Dis-ease. How do you relax into things, into life, without being nonchalant and without feeling like you are being lazy or disinterested?
Do you feel guilty saying “no”?
Do you have a “poverty mentality”?
What do your thoughts and attitude say about you? Because they BECOME you!
