supposedly her fit regime revolves around chasing around her golden retriever (another reason to love her) and riding horses (she didn’t say that but I know she does. byotche!).
obviously, she has great genes on her side.
Seriously, though…props to her. And another thing; while her body has always been good, she’s slammin’ since her break up with her longterm beau. Fitchick observes that, for the most part, chicks tend to look hotter when they’re single. Especially post-breakup and the immediate period (say, within a year) following. I thought happiness is supposed to make us chicks look better? And aren’t we supposed to assume that chicks are happy when they’re in a relationship?
or is it because we are now primping & priming for the next fitbull?

I know, her body is absolutely amazing. At 23 I would give a lot to be in that shape, at 40 something it’s almost inconceivable. Anyway, I just saw the post on TFS, babe, I guess I need to check my profile more often :). I would love to swap links, I already added you to my blogroll!
