at the end of last week, I was having a lot of trouble uploading photos here for some unknown reason. I had recently updated to IE8 and maybe that had something to do with it…I don’t know. Been tardy (again) with the sweets. Here’s a recipe for cookie dough cupcakes in which the dough is in the ‘cake’ part and when baked, comes out like a molten dessert. Nice ‘n gooey. GO!
