…is a terrible thing NOT to have.
Do you have one? In yoga, I’m constantly being reminded to shut *it* off. As if!!
I guess it’s a good thing that I do a particularly aggressive, or “physical” rather, form of yoga; it’s hard to obsess about your day when you’re just trying to breathe and not injure yourself. Oh, but I still do! Multi-tasking.
“I think, therefore I am,” but I am not because I can think.
