I get the most responses and emails from yoga, workout and food topics on fit fridays. Is that a hint?
Well, I don’t know about you but when I woke up today, I had FIVE emails about dieting from my regular subscriptions (not spam). Turned on the TV and they were interviewing (another “SATC” business) more diet people.
Dieting in July? (It’s already beach weather...) Dieting in 2009?! (That’s so 90’s. It’s about lifestyle now, isn’t it?)
This sh*t’s hard! It takes discipline and dedication. I don’t especially *feel* like it today. I struggle with the same issues I think most fit chicks go through: diet, body issues, relationships, skin (don’t even get me started re: picking my face)…aging. PMS.
We mentioned stevia and sugar 2 fridays ago (HERE) and now RealAge posted about it (HERE).
Can spices help you be and stay slim? Read about them HERE and THERE To me, it’s a win-win situation (or LOSE) because you are adding something natural and non-chemical to your foods to make them taste better and sometimes increases the antioxidant content.
TIP: when you make ice-Tea this summer, throw in some green tea (leaves, powder, bags…doesn’t matter). Speaking of antioxidants and purported fat burning…
I did my yoga. Ate some chocolate. Now I think I feel some retail shopping coming on. At least laptop “window shopping”…
