* We all know that we should be drinking lots of water.
Nothing new there. For some of us, it’s a struggle because of habit or taste (lack thereof). We’ve also been reading and hearing about the antioxidant value of TEA. This week I learned that you can add a tea bag to your big jug of water (the one you sip on throughout the day) and the tea will still cold-infuse into the water. I thought that making tea had to be a big production that you either had time for or didn’t. I’m definately going to be adding a tea bag to my water which will also improve the taste.
Another thing that I started doing was adding green tea powder to my smoothies. It does *not* change the taste but UPS the nutritional value.
