…or IN. Pumpkin is incredibly high in antioxidants, fiber and is a fruit/vegetable! (Is it a fruit? Is it a squash? Discuss!) This is the only time of the year when, if you live close to one, you can (maybe! if not sold out) score boxes of Trader Joes’ pumpkin muffin & bread mix or pumpkin pancake and waffle mix. No preservatives. It’s like pumpkin crack!

(Off the recipe/record:) Add a 1/2C of rolled oats and (optional) dried cranberries, raisins, walnuts…maybe some chocolate chips. ENJOY

She asked for very little, if any, cheese. And wasn’t really sure about what kind of toppings go on pizza. Um yeah, I doubt she EVER eats pizza. Let me help you out with the toppings: fresh basil, olives, tomatoes, garlic, sundried tomatoes, (regular) tomatoes, avocado, artichoke hearts
