…out, fit chicks! Work it out!
Wasn’t this the same Kate that they were poking fun of this month saying she was either pregnant or very bloated? You can’t get THAT cut, THAT fast. So there, EVERYONE HAS FAT DAYS. Or has LOOK LIKE FAT DAYS, more correctly.
Go to the gym today!
Here was my leg workout yesterday: full body squats x 20 with heels up on small plates (all the way to the ground bby!), single leg bridges with body on the ball, squats again x 20, shoulder exercises standing on one leg, then the other, plie squats x 15, alternating lunges x 50+…alternating levels on the Precor every 2 mins than 1mi on the treadmill. Was unable to do single leg dips with the bench bc my legs were on FIY-YAH! (that’s “fire”)
