These H&M grey sweater-like leggings are delish. love.

Workout yesterday: gym for single arm cable triceps ex’s, Ab curl up machine (horizontal one), pull ups, dips, cable single leg knee extension, reverse crunches, 50 walking lunges, 30 full squats (heels on some plates, butt to ground), shoulder rotator cuff ex’s at shoulder height done to fatigue. PreCor alternating height/level and forward/backward each 2mins. 1 mi on treadmill.

Workout today: Ashtanga 2nd series led class
