Hodge podge is what I feel like today. More house *issues* and appointments. I did, however, knock out the workout first thing this a.m. b/c if I hadn’t, there’s no WAY I would’ve done it. Not after the circuits/outlets blew, the bank called, the internet being ‘out’ for hours, this, that, the OTHER.
Traveling tomorrow. Made sure to eat well the last 2 days by cutting back on dietary fats. Just like your workout, you have to change your diet up every so often. I *know*, just by virture of the FABULOUS restaurants we’re going to on Saturday and Sunday, that I won’t be eating vegan or necessarily as healthy (read: like a monk) as I do at home. Being proactive, I made vegetable soup using a variety of beans plus carrots and spinach. I added Himalayan (pink) salt, tumeric, cumin, mustard seeds, dill, ghee…
Plus I ordered my supplements I’m running out of on-line at iHerb. There was NO way I could get to Mother’s Market today at ALL to buy them and this way, they’ll be here after I get back, and I saved about $20.
The other thing I had to do was run to a certain delivery HQ to pick up THIS before it went back to the vendor:
Isn’t THAT pretty, as well?! I hope it’s as warm as it is pretty!! All 3.5mm worth of thickness in this full suit. I can’t wait to use it back in the ‘islands’ next month.
