…with yourself! Do you ever do this:
Yesterday I was driving home from work and didn’t feel like going to stand in the usual cattle line 60+mins for spin class. Maybe a walk? Naaaw, too cold out. I knew I was going to get up early and go to mysore practice this a.m. so I thought about cutting myself some slack. Then I thought about my upcoming travel plans and thought that it’d be better to “bank” some workouts now…for later. So I made a deal: if the temperature drops below 58 (per the car’s dashboard) when I drive by my preferred (:safe) walking spot, I’ll keep driving.
It hovered at 58 for 10 mins until (NO JOKE) the turn off upon which time it jumped to 62 degrees.
Dammit

We have a winner! This is the ONLY headband/hairband that I have used successfully in exercising without having it slip off and without causing headaches. It has an adjustable hook clasp too so as it stretches out during wear, you can tighten it.
