The clothing “broker” company filed a “missing package” claim more than a week AFTER I let them know the package was indeed received. And after a series of fruitless back and forth emails that I initiated (of course). What’s up with that?!?
As a result, the shipping company’s delivery man stopped by last week and had me fill out additional paperwork and then, unbeknownst to me FLAGGED ALL PACKAGES to this address. Simply put, for this shopping-members-only-clearance-site’s actions, I have now have to here “in person” to receive any packages…from anybody…regardless of dollar amount…between the hours of 8-6pm on the day the day the packages are expected to arrive. NO signatures accepted.
NOT cool and definitely not ‘hot’!
