Juice the following:
- 1 whole beet (some of the tops/greens is good too)
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1/4 of whole lemon (or lime)
And this to a blender of:
- 1/2 C frozen berries
- 1/2 C frozen chopped spinach
- 2 TB ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 C of almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 C water
plus: any supplements like Barleans Greens, green tea powder, etc
BLEND & ‘NJOY.
It’s a P.I.A. but good for you
