Add to Technorati Favorites my new health shake…

Juice the following:

  • 1 whole beet (some of the tops/greens is good too)
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1/4 of whole lemon (or lime)

And this to a blender of:

  • 1/2 C frozen berries
  • 1/2 C frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 TB ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 C of almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 C water

plus: any supplements like Barleans Greens, green tea powder, etc

BLEND & ‘NJOY.

It’s a P.I.A. but good for you
