quick fit tip acquired from Dr Oz show:

You can boost your metabolism by ~20% for 3 hours following ingesting fresh GINGER (didn’t say how much but I use about a one inch piece…and here’s another tip from TheFitChick: keep the root plastic- wrapped in your freezer),

and you can increase it by 20-25% by using MUSTARD (the darker, more brown, the better the benefit),

and last but not least (you fit chicks have already known this if you’ve been a reader for awhile), CAYENNE PEPPER. I sprinkle a bit of the cayenne in fruit smoothies and juices.
