- “Barleans Greens” supplement,
- “Barleans Essential Woman” (omegas!),
- 1 C frozen organic mixed BERRIES (ala Trader Joes),
- handful of KALE,
- handful of PARSLEY,
- and a one inch chunk of fresh GINGER ROOT.
