Here’s what was in it:

  1. One small size container of Zico brand COCONUT WATER,
  2. 1 C of organic, unsweetened ALMOND MILK,
  3. “Barleans Greens” supplement,
  4. “Barleans Essential Woman” (omegas!),
  5. 1 C frozen organic mixed BERRIES (ala Trader Joes),
  6. handful of KALE,
  7. handful of PARSLEY,
  8. and a one inch chunk of fresh GINGER ROOT.

Blend. Drink.
