…over forty!!
She’s 45 years old and I can’t believe we haven’t featured her before! (note to self: have to search back through old posts…) Teri Hatcher just announced plans to launch “hatch” (get it?) a site for “chicks”. Hmmm…Great idea! In this chick’s opinion, she looks more radiant & less “plastic” NOW than she did a few years back. Whatever she’s doing, it’s working for her. I hope she shares her secrets.

Smoothie of the day: Coconut Water + Unsweetened, Organic Almond Milk + Apple + Banana + Frzn Organic Cherries + Frzn Raspberries + Parsley + 1″ of Ginger Root…forgot to add the ‘greens’ supplements incl. the green tea powder. Oh well!
(Did not add the “Essential Woman” supplement b/c cutting back on Omegas to prep for skin injections in 2wks…see “Good Skin…” page for deets!)

Potatoes belong outside of their plastic bag, stored in your pantry. It’s best to use them within the week. Don’t store them in the fridge; the coldness makes it so their starch/carbs are more easily converted to sugar. As a fit chick, you don’t want this.
