He called coconut water “the fluid of life.” Indeed, in medical emergencies, coconut water has been used intravenously when conventional hydration fluids were not available…
Advocates of coconut water maintain it can do everything from boost your immune system to reduce menstrual cramps, but skeptics are trying to slow the hype machine… The other sign that coconut water is catching on: the proliferation of coconut-water cocktails.

The research is supposedly undeniable (& annoying) - “Don’t skip breakfast if you want to lose weight.”
Guess that’s my problem then, right?!
Not so fast. I don’t think so. I’ve done it both ways, chicks-with and without. “With” did nothing except added calories to my daily totals.
Remember The Fit Chick’s acronym (YMMV) and adage: YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY.

Note that the women studied were NEW to resistance training. So the results could have been attributed to the fact that their bodies were not used to that type of exercise.
