…aka “lunch”
Behold:
So it looks grey…maybe brown…but there’s definitely some green in there. Big pic, eh?
When I say “Juice” I mean ALL OF THE STUFF.
I have a juicer, but I don’t use it.
Instead I use my fab Vitamix. This way, I don’t waste the pulp or FIBER which we, as women, don’t get enough of anyway.

Today’s blend:
- water
- almond milk
- papaya
- raspberries

- spinach
- ginger root

To your week, fit chicks!! In good health, *~*

I recommend trying adding almonds and water in place of almond milk (cheaper, more convenient): http://joyofblending.com/if-yo.....er-use-it/

Hey Adam!
Sure - link up. Always happy to share other bloggers advice.
Almonds (or walnuts, or cashews, etc) are great to add to smoothies because they make the drink creamier and thicker. However, it may not be necessarily cheaper especially if you go the organic, raw route *or* convenient if you sprout your nuts for full nutritional benefit. Chicks who are watching their overall kcals or fat grams will have to take into consideration the significant increase in fat grams using nuts affords. Coconut milk or water, and soy milk are also suitable additions. Variety is the spice of life, right?! Cheers!
