These are BANANA OAT BARS! Main recipe courtesy of the Dr Fuhrman website and the one below, modified by TheFitChick.
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 C rolled oats
1/2 C applesauce
1/4-1/2 C shredded coconut
1/4 C chopped walnuts
1/2 C (each) chopped dates, raisins
Optional: 1/4 C carob powder, 1/4 C chopped dried cherries, 1/4 C chia seeds……ETC!
