This weekend I planted a veggie garden of: Tomatoes (starters), Basil (starter), Squash (starter) and seeds to include Beets, Radishes, Carrots, Brussel Sprouts and Lettuces.

I’m getting re-acquainted with the therapy ball for exercising. The exercise options are endless. Or at least enough to fill a good 30mins.
I’m also trying to do intervals with the weight machines and dumbell exercises I do…do. Here’s what to do:
