Prior to most peoples’ holiday vacations, Kristin Davis took her tropical vacation.
I haven’t found much on her specific “regime” so perhaps she doesn’t have one. She does do some yoga, pilates, and walking. Her eating habits have been described as “healthy” and she’s a frequent (every 3 hours) eater.

Hodge podge is what I feel like today. More house *issues* and appointments. I did, however, knock out the workout first thing this a.m. b/c if I hadn’t, there’s no WAY I would’ve done it. I guess today I’m more rogi.
Not good.
Didn’t get up and go to 2nd series yoga -the only time offerred this week. Gave in. Gave in to the stress about the house & escrow process. Gave in to not wanting to deal with other peoples’ sh*t.

suggested workout: incorporate an exercise ball just as Mena’s doing below. But it’s not only for Abs (though there are a ZILLION variations!) b/c you can do butt, shoulders, back and more.
