Post-Thanksgiving we all should be:
Doubling the amount of water we drink! If you haven’t started, it’s not too late! Most of us probably quadrupled our regular intake of sodium ( and FAT ) recently. I know I did!
Perhaps trying to do a mini what-we’ll-call-a-Flush by drinking 32oz of water spiked with fresh lemon squeezes, 1/4C apple [...]
It sure WAS pretty! All pink & everything!
Here’s what it consisted of:
Base of apple with: orange, lime, beet, kale & cucumber!
Juice the following:
1 whole beet (some of the tops/greens is good too)
1 inch piece of ginger
1/4 of whole lemon (or lime)
And this to a blender of:
1/2 C frozen berries
1/2 C frozen chopped spinach
2 TB ground flaxseeds
1/2 C of almond milk, unsweetened
1 C water
plus: any supplements like Barleans Greens, green tea powder, etc
BLEND & ‘NJOY.
