Here’s what was in it:
One small size container of Zico brand COCONUT WATER,
1 C of organic, unsweetened ALMOND MILK,
“Barleans Greens” supplement,
“Barleans Essential Woman” (omegas!),
1 C frozen organic mixed BERRIES (ala Trader Joes),
handful of KALE,
handful of PARSLEY,
and a one inch chunk of fresh GINGER ROOT.
Blend. [...]

This salad contains chopped: Kale (duh), cranberries, almonds, cukes, avocado (not enough), & cabbage.
I think it’s actually better than the one from Veggie Grill. ((sorry, VG))
