I did it, chicks!
We shared a suitcase on our last trip and I packed light : 1 dress, jeans, vest/cover-up, 4 nice shirts/tunics, 1 pr flats, & 1 pr heels. Admittingly, I freaked out and then bought another pair of flats (which I wore) and several other tops (never wore).

Here’s what was in it:
One small size container of Zico brand COCONUT WATER,
1 C of organic, unsweetened ALMOND MILK,
“Barleans Greens” supplement,
“Barleans Essential Woman” (omegas!),
1 C frozen organic mixed BERRIES (ala Trader Joes),
handful of KALE,
handful of PARSLEY,
and a one inch chunk of fresh GINGER ROOT.

Juice the following:
1 whole beet (some of the tops/greens is good too)
1 inch piece of ginger
1/4 of whole lemon (or lime)
And this to a blender of:
1/2 C frozen berries
1/2 C frozen chopped spinach
2 TB ground flaxseeds
1/2 C of almond milk, unsweetened
1 C water
plus: any supplements like Barleans Greens, green tea powder, etc
BLEND & ‘NJOY.
