* How about an easy, healthy meal idea?
Yum = raw, organic zucchini, cubed + tahini (sauce) + 1/2 avocado + chickpeas/garbanzo beans.
If you want to get really crazy, add spinach or mixed organic greens and make it a salad!
* Have you switched over to “pink” salt? You should. Salt your food w/o guilt! But…

I can only remember as far back as last Saturday: 2hr Ashtanga yoga class
Sunday: “hot yoga” class and walking the dog
Monday: “hot yoga” class and 1 mi on the treadmill
Tuesday: 1 mi on the treadmill and Spin [...]
…but it depends on WHICH water.
Yes, if you drink LARGE amounts (over a gallon) it could play havoc on your body’s electrolyte balance, among other things.
But today, I’m thinking about chicks like myself that don’t particularly like water. We try and find something that isn’t so bland.

Last night I tried “hot yoga”. The style is based on Bikram’s 26 poses that are done in a heated room, & repeated, for about 90mins. (Our class went “over” which, as you know, was FINE by me. More workout bang for the buck!)
